For those who don't know Sex and the City, in the simplest of words: a show about four chicks in their late 30s who live in NYC and struggle to maintain dynamic relationships with men. They all struggle to find the right man to spend their life with and no matter who they date, they just arent satisfied with the results, especially considering the fact that they are all succesful women looking for other successful men...
But that’s not my point, my point is that it’s the same with friendship. We all look for the perfect team, a group of people that can sweep us off our feet, put us through some incredible times where the party never ends that eventually caps off with a night that leads to a diamond ring. Then, when you do find a group that has taken you on an emotional roller coaster ride of loops, valleys, peaks, the ride stops. Your perfect team may begin to not acknowledge the unconditional love you unselfishly put into their hands. You go through a phase where you question whether or not they actually care about you being there for them; and while that happens, another team wows you with their support. Now you have to choose, the old ride which may never be the same or good again, or the new one...which in a matter of time also go on its own low as well.
Well I think that you shouldn't let the sucky times make you give up the awesome ones. Remember that there are over a million people out there and sometimes, all you need is one.

This blog that you wrote makes me realize how much we have all truely grown and changed during these last 7 years. I can't believe its been that long since we all met. We have gone through our ups and Downs and had our break ups and make ups, but through it all we have remained friends. We can't be waiting years to get together again. We have to enjoy life while we can and that means being together more because we are a family. We may be disfunctional, but what true family isn't. I can't wait for all of us to be together this Friday.
